1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order status anytime via the “Track My Order” page or your Noiren account dashboard.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in India. Please ensure that your delivery address is valid and accessible.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at noiren.apparels@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, include clear photos of the package and products when you report the issue.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Noiren is not responsible for:
Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Reshipping fees for returned packages
